Easedesk is loading slowly — diagnostics
If pages are slow, check your internet, browser cache, and the Easedesk status page.
Quick answer
Slow loads are usually one of: stale browser cache (hard-refresh), large list views (use filters), poor internet (run a speedtest), or an ongoing incident (check status.easedesk.com). Easedesk's median page-load is under 1 second on broadband.
Check the status page
status.easedesk.com shows real-time health. If we're investigating an incident, it's posted there.
Hard-refresh
Ctrl + Shift + R (Cmd + Shift + R on Mac) reloads the page bypassing browser cache.
Reduce list size
List views > 1000 rows can be slow. Use filters (date range, status, department) to narrow down.
Check your internet
Run speedtest.net. Easedesk works fine on 1 Mbps but ideally needs 5+ Mbps for smooth navigation.
