Questions chartered accountants ask
Is the CA login really free?
Yes. A business pays for the people who work in EaseDesk. Its Chartered Accountant’s login is not counted as a paid user.
How do I get access to a client’s books?
The owner invites you by email from Team in their EaseDesk, with the Chartered Accountant role. You accept the invitation, set a password, and the business appears in your list.
Can I see more than one client with the same login?
Yes. Each client invites the same email address, and you switch between their businesses from the top of the menu.
Can I change entries in my client’s books?
Not with the free CA login, which only reads. If you keep the books for a client, they can give you a paid login with the Accountant role, which posts vouchers and prepares returns.
