GST compliance

GST returns prepared from your own invoices, without last-minute pressure.

EaseDesk calculates CGST, SGST, IGST and cess on every invoice from the place of supply, prepares the e-Invoice and e-Way Bill upload files for the government portals and stores the IRN, QR code and e-way bill number they return, and prepares GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, the HSN summary and a GSTR-2B reconciliation of input tax credit from the transactions you already record, including the shipping bill on export invoices.

What changes for you

Correct tax on every invoice

CGST and SGST, or IGST, decided from your GSTIN and the customer’s place of supply, with cess and reverse charge where they apply.

e-Invoice and e-Way Bill without retyping

Download one file for the portal’s bulk upload, then bring the results back: the IRN, signed QR code and e-Way Bill number print on your invoices.

Returns become a review, not a rush

GSTR-1 and the HSN summary come from your sales, GSTR-3B from sales and purchases, and GSTR-2B is matched with your purchase bills so no eligible credit is missed.

Questions

Is EaseDesk GST compliant?

Yes. Invoices carry the correct GST for the place of supply, e-Invoice and e-Way Bill files for the government portals are prepared from the invoice, and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data is prepared from your records.

Can my CA review the returns?

Yes. Give your CA a separate login, free of charge, that can read your books and returns and mark entries as reviewed without changing anything.

Does EaseDesk handle multiple GSTINs?

Yes. Add every GSTIN of your business; each branch bills under its own GSTIN with its own invoice numbering.

Are TDS and TCS supported?

Yes. Record TDS and TCS on sales, purchases and expenses, keep challans, and prepare quarterly return data.

Does EaseDesk handle export invoices and shipping bills?

Yes. Add the shipping bill number, date and port code to an export invoice when customs gives them. They go into table 6A of GSTR-1, the e-invoice and the printed invoice, and GSTR-1 lists exports still without one.

What if goods go by rail, air or ship?

Part B of the e-way bill takes the railway receipt, airway bill or bill of lading instead of a vehicle, and can be added or updated after the e-way bill is made. The transport document prints on the invoice and the delivery challan.
