Delivery policy

EaseDesk is online software used in your web browser. Nothing physical is shipped.

• Your free trial starts as soon as you create your account.
• A payment made online activates your plan, or the users you added, within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed. Your GST invoice is emailed to you and shown under Settings → Plan.
• A bank transfer is applied once it reaches EaseDesk’s bank account and is matched to your business.
