Cookie policy
EaseDesk, by Big Market 360 Private Limited, uses the cookies it needs to keep you logged in and to remember your settings, and on this website two Google Analytics cookies that count visits. There are no advertising cookies, on this website or in the app.
This website
The public website (the pages you are reading) uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, and what kind of device they use. Google’s script sets these two cookies. They hold a random number, not your name or email address, and they are not used for advertising. Google Analytics is not loaded in the EaseDesk app.

To stop this counting, block or delete these cookies in your browser, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works the same without them. Its fonts and images are served from EaseDesk’s own server.
Counting without cookies
EaseDesk also keeps its own count of the website’s pages that are opened: the page, the site that linked to it, the country and whether it was a phone or a computer. It sets no cookie and does not keep your IP address.
Cloudflare, the network that carries EaseDesk’s traffic, also counts page visits and how fast pages load, on the website and in the app, with a small script of its own (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser, and does not follow you from one site to another.
The EaseDesk app
These cookies are set when you log in and use the app. All of them are necessary for it to work.

The session cookies cannot be read by scripts on the page (they are HTTP-only) and are sent only over HTTPS.
Settings kept in your browser
The app also remembers a few choices in your browser’s own storage, not in cookies: light or dark mode, the last business you opened, and counter (POS) preferences. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Payments
When you pay online, the payment page belongs to Razorpay, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.
Managing cookies
You can see and delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block the app’s cookies, you will not be able to log in to the app.
