Can't log in — common causes and fixes
Forgot password, locked account, 2FA issues, OTP not received — what to do.
Quick answer
Most login issues are: wrong workspace, wrong password (use Forgot Password), account locked after too many failed attempts (Owner must unlock), or 2FA OTP not received (check spam / wait 60s and retry). For workspace not found, double-check your URL slug.
Forgot password
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. Enter your email — we send a reset link valid for 60 minutes.
Account locked
After 5 failed attempts, your account locks for security. Ask your Owner to unlock via Settings → Users → click your name → Unlock.
2FA OTP not received
Check spam. Wait 60s and click Resend. If still nothing, switch to backup codes (one of the 10 codes you saved at 2FA setup).
Workspace not found
Check your URL slug — it's case-sensitive. Find your workspace from the bookmarked URL or your invite email.
