3 min read·Updated 2026-06-30

Quick answer

Visit easedesk.com/signup, enter your company name + email + phone, verify with the OTP, pick an industry pack, and your workspace is provisioned with all relevant modules + Indian Chart of Accounts in under 60 seconds.

Step 1 — Go to the signup page

Open https://www.easedesk.com/signup in any browser. There's no app to download.

Step 2 — Enter your details

You'll need: company name, your name, email, mobile number. We send an OTP to your email for verification — keep that tab handy.

Step 3 — Verify with OTP

Check your inbox (and spam) for a 6-digit code. Enter it on the signup page within 10 minutes.

Step 4 — Pick an industry pack

This pre-configures relevant modules and adds industry-specific roles (e.g. Production Supervisor for manufacturing, Cashier for retail). Pick 'General' if unsure — you can change later.

Step 5 — You're in

Your workspace URL is easedesk.com/t/{your-slug}. The first user you create becomes the Owner with full access. From the dashboard, head to Users → Invite to add teammates.

Frequently asked questions

How long does signup take?
Typically under 60 seconds. The longest step is waiting for the OTP email.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account starts on a 90-day trial with all features unlocked.
Can I change my company name later?
Yes, in Settings → Company Profile. The workspace URL slug is fixed at signup but the display name is editable.
What if I didn't receive the OTP?
