Industry packs — Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare and more
Industry packs in Easedesk pre-configure modules, accounts, departments and roles for your specific industry — Manufacturing, Trading, Services, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Construction, Education.
Quick answer
When you sign up (or later from Settings → Industry Packs), you can apply one of 8 industry-specific packs. Each pack enables the right modules, adds industry-specific roles (e.g. QC Inspector for manufacturing), and seeds chart of accounts + departments tailored to your sector.
Available packs
- •Manufacturing — adds QC, BOM, Work Orders, NCR/CAPA
- •Retail — adds POS, store-manager + cashier roles
- •Services — focuses on project billing and time tracking
- •Healthcare — adds patient and clinical-staff roles
- •Hospitality — adds front-office and booking modules
- •Construction — adds site engineer and project modules
- •Education — academic-year-aware and student-fee accounting
- •Trading — import-export ready with landed-cost
How packs work
A pack is a versioned manifest containing: modules to enable, Chart of Accounts entries to seed, default departments, role templates, and item categories. Applying a pack is idempotent — re-running it won't duplicate data.
Switching packs
You can apply a new pack at any time from Settings → Industry Packs. Existing data is never deleted — packs only add. If you no longer need a module, disable it under Settings → Modules.
