What you can do with it

EaseDesk keeps the daily work of an Indian business in one system, so the figures in your invoices, your books and your GST returns always agree.

• Sales and collections: quotations, orders, delivery challans, GST invoices, receipts, payment reminders, recurring invoices and counter (POS) billing. See Sales and billing.
• GST: CGST, SGST or IGST worked out from the place of supply, e-Invoice and e-Way Bill files for the government portals, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data, and GSTR-2B matching. See GST compliance.
• Purchases and stock: purchase orders, vendor bills and payments, every expense by category and month, warehouses, batches and stock counts, and production from a bill of materials.
• Accounts: every invoice and receipt posted to your books, vouchers, bank reconciliation, TDS and TCS, fixed assets, and the trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet.
• Control: roles for each person, an audit log of every change, and two-step sign-in.

What is not there yet

A few things on the roadmap are marked coming soon: HR and payroll, the Android app, import from Tally, invoices and reminders on WhatsApp, a customer and vendor portal, and an AI assistant for questions about your own data. The features page always shows what is available today.
