Easedesk billing — plans, invoices and subscriptions
How Easedesk billing works — trial, plan tiers, monthly vs annual invoices, payment methods (UPI / cards / NEFT), and how to upgrade or downgrade.
Quick answer
Every new workspace starts on a 90-day trial with all features unlocked. After trial, pick a plan from Settings → Billing. You're billed monthly or annually via Razorpay (UPI, cards, NEFT, wallets). Plan changes take effect immediately — pro-rated for the remaining period.
The trial
New signups get 90 days free with no card required. You can use all 50+ modules and invite unlimited users. The trial expires automatically — your data stays safe; you just lose access until you pick a plan.
Available plans
Plans are tiered by user count + module bundle. See easedesk.com/pricing for the live list. All Indian-compliance modules (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC) are included in every paid plan.
Payment methods
We accept UPI, all major debit/credit cards, NEFT/RTGS, and digital wallets via Razorpay. GST invoice with your GSTIN is auto-generated and emailed within 30 minutes of payment.
Upgrade or downgrade
Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated charge). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation; reactivate anytime within that window.
