Pay for your plan or add users
As the Owner, open Settings → Plan. To pay for the year, enter the number of users under Choose your plan and click Pay. To add users to a paid plan, enter Users to add, click See the price, then Continue to payment. You pay only for the rest of your paid year.

Steps
- 1 Open Settings → Plan.
- 2 To pay for a year: under Choose your plan (or Renew), enter the number of Users, check the total with GST and click Pay.
- 3 To add users to a paid plan: under Add users, enter Users to add and click See the price.
- 4 Check the charge for the rest of your paid year, with GST, and click Continue to payment.
- 5 Pay on Razorpay's page by UPI, card or net banking. You come back to the Plan page when it is done.
- 6 Invite the new people under Settings → Team.
Who can pay
Only the Owner can pay, add users and change billing details. Admins can see the Plan page but not change it. Paying for your plan works even while the organisation is read-only.
What Razorpay’s page shows
Before you pay, the Plan page tells you which email and mobile number Razorpay’s payment page opens with: your own from Account, or else the organisation’s from Settings → Organisation. If there is no mobile number yet, Razorpay asks for one.
When the payment goes through, the page says your payment is being confirmed and updates in a moment. The new users are ready to invite as soon as the payment is confirmed. Your EaseDesk invoice is emailed to the billing email and listed under EaseDesk invoices.
When online payment is not available
If the Plan page says online payment is not available yet, contact EaseDesk to pay by bank transfer. Your plan is updated when the money arrives.
During the trial
The trial allows up to 5 users. For a sixth, choose your plan and pay for the number of users you need. See Your plan and free trial for prices and what happens at renewal.
Questions
How is the charge for added users worked out?
₹3,480 a year per user (₹290 a month), multiplied by the days left in your paid year and divided by the days in that year, plus 18% GST. Every user then renews on the same date.
Is there a minimum charge?
If the charge for the users you add comes to under ₹100, you pay nothing. The users are free until your renewal and are counted in it.
Can I pay for fewer users next year?
Yes. Under Renewal, enter the Users to renew with and click Save. Fewer users take effect at the renewal date; there is no refund for the rest of the current year.
