How to upgrade your Easedesk plan

Step-by-step instructions for upgrading or changing your Easedesk subscription plan, with pro-rated billing.

Quick answer

Open Settings → Billing → Change Plan, pick the new plan, confirm the pro-rated charge, pay via Razorpay. The new plan + module access is unlocked instantly.

Step 1 — Open Billing

Settings (gear icon) → Billing. You'll see your current plan, next renewal date, and a Change Plan button.

Step 2 — Pick a new plan

The comparison table shows what changes. Modules newly unlocked appear in green; user-count increases show the new total.

Step 3 — Confirm pro-rated charge

Easedesk calculates the pro-rated cost for the remaining current period. You only pay the difference.

Step 4 — Pay + go

Razorpay checkout opens. After successful payment (UPI / card / NEFT), the new plan + module access is enabled within 30 seconds.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose data when downgrading?
No. Downgraded modules become read-only — your data is preserved. Re-upgrade to restore write access.
Can I add seats without upgrading the plan?
Yes. Settings → Billing → Add Users. Each extra seat is billed pro-rated until your next renewal.
How long does the upgrade take?
Instant. New modules appear in your sidebar within 30 seconds of payment confirmation.
