Online payments with Razorpay, webhooks and other services.
- Connect EaseDesk to other services Today EaseDesk connects to Razorpay for online payments on your invoices, your own mailbox for sending email, and your website through webhooks, and prepares e-Invoice and e-Way Bill files for the GST portals. Tally, WhatsApp, a customer portal, an AI assistant and an open API are coming soon.
- Take online payments with Razorpay Connect your own Razorpay account under Settings → Organisation → Payments with your key, key secret and webhook secret. Customers can then pay your invoices by UPI, card or net banking from the invoice link, and EaseDesk records each payment as a receipt against the invoice.
- Send data in with webhooks A webhook lets your website, online store or form tool create an opportunity, a draft quotation or a draft tax invoice in EaseDesk. Add one under Settings → Organisation → Webhooks, copy its URL and signing secret, and send signed JSON to it from your system.
- Connect an AI assistant (MCP) You can connect an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your organisation, so it answers from your own data and prepares drafts. Make a connection under Settings → Organisation → AI connections, choose how far it may go, and give the assistant the address and the token.
