Easedesk integrations — connect bank, email, WhatsApp and more
Easedesk supports bank feeds, Razorpay payments, ZeptoMail email, WhatsApp, GSTN, EPFO, ESIC, IndiaMart, and a REST API. How to enable each.
Quick answer
Open Settings → Integrations. Each integration card shows status + a Configure button. Most need: API keys from the provider, a one-time OAuth or token paste, and a test call. Once connected, data flows automatically (e.g. bank statements, payment confirmations, marketplace leads).
Available integrations
- •Payment: Razorpay (collect from invoices)
- •Email: ZeptoMail, SendGrid, SMTP (send invoices, OTPs)
- •WhatsApp: send invoices + payment links
- •Government: GSTN (e-invoice + GSTR), EPFO (ECR), ESIC (challan)
- •Bank feeds: ICICI, HDFC (via SFTP or API)
- •Marketplace: IndiaMart, Justdial leads
- •Accounting export: Tally, Zoho Books
- •API: REST endpoints for all modules
How to enable an integration
Settings → Integrations → click the integration card → Configure. Each integration has its own setup (API key paste, OAuth click-through, etc.). Click Test Connection to verify. Status badge turns green when live.
Per-tenant credentials
Each integration's credentials are per-tenant. We never share keys across tenants. Stored encrypted in the tenant_integrations table.
