How they differ
myBillBook is billing software for small businesses that its site lists as available on PC, web, Android and iOS, with real-time sync between them. It lists GST and non-GST invoices, e-invoicing and e-way billing, batch and expiry tracking, POS billing, WhatsApp and SMS reminders with UPI links, an online catalogue and export to Tally.
EaseDesk is online software that puts the whole business in one set of books. A sale posts itself to the accounts, a purchase bill updates stock and input tax credit, and a production order turns raw material into finished goods at a known cost. Your staff work within their roles, and your CA reads the same data without waiting for an export.
The practical differences you will notice:
- Phone apps. myBillBook has Android and iPhone apps today. EaseDesk works in the phone’s browser, and its Android app is coming soon.
