Getting better answers from the Easedesk AI Assistant

Tips for writing AI prompts that get fast, accurate answers from the Easedesk AI Assistant.

Quick answer

Be specific (include dates, status, customer names). Ask one question at a time. For data questions, mention the module ('in Sales' / 'in HR'). For how-to, describe what you've tried. Use 'show me' for tables, 'explain' for concepts, 'help me' for workflows.

Be specific

'Show me overdue invoices' → fine. 'Show me overdue invoices for Reliance in Q1' → better. The AI doesn't read your mind — narrower scope = faster, more relevant answer.

One question at a time

Multi-part questions confuse the AI. 'Show overdue invoices AND tell me how to file GSTR-3B AND why is my dashboard slow' = bad. Ask three separate questions instead.

Specify the module if ambiguous

'Show me users' could mean app users (Users module) or customers (CRM). Be explicit: 'Show me users in the Users module' or 'Show me CRM customers'.

Verbs that work well

  • 'Show me ...' → returns a list/table
  • 'Explain ...' → returns a concept explanation with examples
  • 'Help me ...' → walks through a workflow step-by-step
  • 'Compare ...' → returns a comparison table
  • 'Why ...' → debugs an issue using your data
