Setup
Settings → Industry Packs → Healthcare. Enables CRM, Sales, Inventory, Helpdesk, plus Front Desk role for receptionists.
Patient records
Use CRM → Contacts as the patient registry. Track demographics, contact info, medical history (custom fields).
Appointments + visits
Tasks module for appointment scheduling. Each visit creates a sales invoice for consultation + procedures.
Pharmacy inventory
Inventory → batch + expiry tracking is critical. Enable batch_lots on pharma SKUs. Easedesk alerts 90 days before expiry.
