Quick answer

Apply Construction pack. Each project = one Easedesk Project (Tower A, Tower B, etc.). Site engineers (Site Engineer role) track materials issued, daily reports and sub-contractor invoices. Works-contract GST (12%) auto-applied. RERA compliance docs under DMS.

Setup

Settings → Industry Packs → Construction. Enables Projects, Tasks, Inventory, Assets, Maintenance + Site Engineer role.

Project per site

One project per construction site. Track budget vs spent, material consumption, sub-contractor bills, milestone-linked customer billing.

Materials at site

Each site = one Warehouse. Material transfers from central stores to site are tracked end-to-end with delivery challans.

Sub-contractors

Procurement → Suppliers. Track TDS at source (typically 1% under 194C). Auto-include in 24Q.

Works contract GST

Sales → Invoice → set GST rate to 12% (works contract). Easedesk handles SAC code 9954 and reverse-charge rules where applicable.

RERA compliance

DMS → Folder 'RERA' to hold quarterly disclosures, agreement copies, escrow account statements. Compliance Checklist for RERA quarterly filings.

Frequently asked questions

Can I track labour deployed per site?
Yes — HR → Departments → one per site. Employee assignments + attendance tracked per site.
Works-contract vs goods supply?
Easedesk lets you tag each invoice. Works contract triggers SAC 9954 + 12% GST + TDS (if applicable). Pure material supply triggers HSN + normal GST.
Equipment + asset tracking?
Assets module tracks equipment ownership, location, maintenance schedule. Fleet for vehicles.
