Quick answer

Goods movement above ₹50,000 needs an e-way bill. In Easedesk: E-Way Bills → New → pick the invoice → enter vehicle number + transport mode → Generate. The bill is valid for 1 day per 100km. You can extend before expiry or cancel within 24 hours.

Setup

Settings → Integrations → E-Way Bill. Enter GSTIN + EWB API username + password. Test connection.

Generate

E-Way Bills → New E-Way Bill → pick the source invoice → fill vehicle number, transport mode (road/rail/air/ship), distance. Click Generate. The 12-digit EWB number is fetched from NIC.

Extend or cancel

Before expiry: click Extend, provide a reason and new vehicle (if changed). Within 24 hours of generation, you can cancel from the bill detail page.
