# Connect EaseDesk to other services

> Today EaseDesk connects to Razorpay for online payments on your invoices, your own mailbox for sending email, and your website through webhooks, and prepares e-Invoice and e-Way Bill files for the GST portals. Tally, WhatsApp, a customer portal, an AI assistant and an open API are coming soon.

In EaseDesk: Settings → Organisation

## Steps

1. Open Settings → Organisation.
2. On the Payments tab, connect your Razorpay account so customers can pay invoices online.
3. On the E-invoice tab, turn on e-invoicing if your turnover needs it.
4. On the Email tab, add your own mailbox so documents go from your address.
5. On the Webhooks tab, click Add a webhook to let your website create records in EaseDesk.

These are on the roadmap and not available yet:

- Import from Tally.
- Invoices, reminders and payment links on WhatsApp.
- A customer and vendor portal to view statements and pay online.
- An AI assistant that answers questions about your own business data.
- An open REST API, and webhooks that tell your systems when something happens in EaseDesk.

## Who can set them up

Connections are organisation settings, so the Owner and Admins set them up. Keys and secrets you
enter are stored encrypted.

## Questions

### Does EaseDesk connect to Tally?

Not yet. Import from Tally is coming soon. Today you can import customers, vendors, contacts, items and opening balances from Excel.

### Can I send invoices on WhatsApp?

Yes, by hand. Click Share on an invoice, then Share on WhatsApp, and WhatsApp opens with the invoice link and a message. Automatic invoices, reminders and payment links on WhatsApp are coming soon.

### Is there an API for developers?

You can send enquiries, quotations and invoices into EaseDesk with signed webhooks today. A full REST API with access tokens is coming soon.
